Dr. Ghafar Lakanwal worked diligently in the past 18 years to develop and nurture the "Sharing Diversity™" concept that drove the mission and vision of the former MultiCultural Development Center (MCDC). The mission of MCDC was to “promote cultural understanding and inclusiveness to enhance workplace performance and community relationships”. The Board of former MCDC granted our firm “Sharing Diversity™: Bridging Cultures, LLC permission to use the Sharing Diversity Concept in their multicultural diversity training.
Our philosophy is Sharing Diversity™ and the belief that, by understanding differences, people will be able to see similarities and thereby build relationships based on mutual respect and understanding, not fear, intimidation or guilt.
