Building Cultural Competencies
Our services focus on building cultural competency for your employees to manage personal behavior and to positively interact with culturally diverse clients/customers.
Our firm specializes in looking at your organization and your people as a whole system comprised of interdependent, interconnected, and integrated factors affecting organizational and personal behaviors in a particular situation. When your organization and employees are communicating among themselves and with clients/customers for a specific business purpose, our concept thoroughly analyzes your organization and your target groups as a whole system comprised of many situational factors that influence your employees and clients/customers relations.
Our Intersystem Cultural Model (ICM) explores the interconnectedness between the two systems and shows its impact on the whole system.
The ICM is designed to understand critical situations created by cultural differences and to provide the knowledge to make those situations strategically beneficial. It helps executives, managers, and supervisors learn how to manage across cultures; how to observe and act in a particular cross-cultural situation, and how to prevent cross-cultural conflicts while working with a diverse group of people.
In the framework of our ICM, trainers and consultants design a needs-based curriculum together with our clients to achieve the desired outcomes.
